Jeanette - Instructor/owner
i am one of those people who just loves the work that i do, teaching others how to move with ease and to find true posture. i strongly believe that personal mobility can and should be pain free, this is what drives me.
i was introduced to pilates during my time as a classical ballet dancer, this naturally evolved from simply enhancing my own strength and conditioning to teaching. i couldn't believe how my ballet body responded and i was instantly drawn into this incredible method of mentally focused body movement.
my interest in passing on the experience i had so benefitted from led to me gaining a diploma in studio and mat work pilates through the national pilates training program. my experience is now 13 years young and covers teaching and learning from afl teams, personal trainers, rehabilitation (including pre/post surgery) diastasis (abdominal separation) healing, pre post pregnancy and educating at schools for the younger population.

Angelyn - Instructor
Angelyn was introduced to meditation, yoga and pilates in 2008 after giving birth to her first child.
At that time, she was experiencing post-natal blues and was going through the steep learning curve of becoming a new mum. She found a lot of comfort through the positivity shared in a class environment. The physical practices also helped affirm the belief that she is stronger than she realised. This was the spark for her career change, from being a software engineer, to being yoga and mat pilates teacher.
Inspired by her personal experience, Angelyn wishes to help others strengthen their mind and body through yoga and pilates. Angelyn delivers classes that are dynamic and challenging for the body yet nurturing for the mind.

Lee doesn't take herself too seriously and loves to create a warm and welcoming space for you to enjoy your yoga practise. Whether you're looking for more flexibility, strength, balance, a calmer mind, or, you are just looking for an opportunity to breathe deeply and stretch, Lee's yoga classes are for you.
Amanda
My Pilates journey started in 2014, to strengthen, support and mobilise my body ensuring functional movement; allowing me to fulfil my daily physical duties. Through my journey I fell in love with the movement of Pilates and how it felt in my body.
I am deeply passionate, dedicated and committed to supporting the community. I love caring and helping people, allowing them to move freely within their bodies.
I BELIEVE in everybody and that we all have the ability to heal our bodies with awareness of movement, through mind and body connection. I am extremely passionate about the body and helping people move freely within their bodies.
Greg
Tensegrity Training (52855WA)
Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology with Reformer Specialisation.
Greg had been a tradie for 30 years, which like most tradies slowly wears out the body. He then suffered a back injury to 3 spinal discs while working. Pilates was recommended as a way to strengthen his body and relieve the stress on his spine.
Greg's injury caused pressure on the nerves, which in turn caused alternating numbness or pain down the entire length of his right leg and lower back. Surgeons told him that he would have to live with some level of pain for the rest of his life. Pilates was suggested as a way to possibly ease the pain, but Surgery was recommended.
Greg chose Pilates and within a few short weeks he could already feel the benefits within his body, and fell in love with the Pilates philosophy. He decided a seachange was needed and enrolled in a Diploma of Pilates.
Greg has benefited first hand from the power of Pilates, and understands the journey that can be required to rehabilitate an injury. His Pilates journey has been so successful to date that his surgeon no longer thinks he will need an operation.
Greg loves to help people along their own personal Pilates journey, to feel good within their own bodies, and loves to teach people about Pilates philosophies, breathing and mindfulness.
"Thanks to Pilates I am pain free most days, and have found a love of Movement, Strength and Mobility in my daily life".
