  1. MEMBERSHIPS/DIRECT DEBITS - new to Mountain Pilates

  2. What does MEMBERSHIP/direct debits mean? Direct debits mean that the package you choose will be direct debited out of your account

  3. How often does this direct debit occur? Every week

    1. What are the direct debit options:

      VIRTUAL ONLY:

      • $25 per week Virtual single session (1 x virtual classes per week only)

      • $35 per week Virtual unlimited sessions (as many VIRTUAL Sessions that you wish PER WEEK)

      ALL CLASSES INCLUDING: STUDIO, virtual & PILATES IN THE PARK* ( ONLY FOR THE 2 OR UNLIMITED SESSIONS)

      *$25 PER WEEK STUDIO & VIRTUAL SESSION (1 X ANY CLASS AVAILABLE ON OUR SCHEDULE PER WEEK ONLY) EXCLUDING PILATES IN THE PARK

      *$45 PER WEEK STUDIO & VIRTUAL SESSIONS ( 2 X ANY OF OUR CLASSES AVAILABLE ON OUR SCHEDULE PER WEEK) INCLUDING pilateS IN THE PARK

      *$65 per week Studio & Virtual sessions ( 3 x ANY OF OUR CLASSES AVAILABLE ON OUR SCHEDULE PER WEEK), including pilates in the park

      *$75 per week Studio & Virtual sessions ( 4 x ANY OF OUR CLASSES AVAILABLE ON OUR SCHEDULE PER WEEK), including pilates in the park

      Your payment will be completed and your account will become active right away 

  4. Does that mean I can then book into classes with Mountain Pilates? Yes it does & also in advance. Therefore you can actually book and secure your classes for the whole year and simply pay for them week to week.

  5. Can I purchase direct debit through the mindbody app? At this stage you cannot as the software is limited on the app. instead go to the mindbody website: Mindbodylink Hit ‘online store” - Then “contracts”

  6. If I start the direct debit contract on a Monday does that mean that every Monday this will be deducted from my account? Yes It does

  7. What should I do if I have purchased the incorrect d/d option? Get in touch with Mountain Pilates to resolve the purchase

  8. Once I have the direct debit active how far in advance can I book my classes? You can book 12 months in advance

  9. What if I wish to make a one off purchase for a class? Have a chat to Jeanette to book in a class and pay for that single class @ $30 casual

  10. Can I cancel the direct debit contract? Of course you can2 weeks notice is required to cancel your direct debit contact.  Get in touch with Jeanette via email ONLY - MOUNTAINPILATESMONBULK@GMAIL.COM who will terminate your account immediately. Billing will cease 14 days later.

  11. If I am planning an overseas holiday what should I do? Cancel the contract (see q10) and once you return go back into mindbody purchase the direct debit contract once again.

  12. Studio Christmas Holiday Break? Mountain Pilates will CONTACT YOU to DISCUSS OPTIONS AS WE RUN VIRTUAL CLASSES THROUGHOUT this PERIOD. WE WILL HONOUR YOUR CHOOSE TO CONTINUE OR TO PAUSE your direct debit contract for the period that it is closed and it will automatically continue to direct deposit every week once we are open

  13. PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR BOOKING INTO YOUR WEEKLY CLASSES EVERY WEEK OR BOOK THEM IN ADVANCE - OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DO NOT BOOK A CLASS
