mountain pilates was founded by jeanette tatton on a belief that everyone deserves to move pain-free, to be able to walk taller and function from day to day with ease.
our aim is to be able to provide an approachable, comfortable space for all to reach their desired goals, regardless of the condition or age of their bodies/minds.
we have created a purpose built studio in one of the worlds most picturesque locations, monbulk, mt dandenong. we offer over 25 sessions from 6.30am to 9.30pm 6 days per week.
Mountain pilates specialises in small group classes in pilates, mens specific conditioning, core focus, trx, adult ballet and stretch-massage. These classs allows for individual attention and progression at all stages.
